Sales

Sales Representative

Online/Remote | Contract | Commission-Based

This is a contract remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in construction industry sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Relevant Skills:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) – fluent or native speaker
  • Sales and business development skills with a proven track record
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Persistence, resilience, and motivation
  • Client relationship building and networking
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred
  • Ability to travel locally as needed

Compensation:

This role is commission-based and compensation is dependent on quantity of and value of contracts. Expectation is to bring in 4-6 new projects per week.

Residential/Light Commercial:

  • $5,000 – $10,000 contract = 5% commission ($250 – $500)
  • $10,001 – $20,000 contract = 7.5% commission ($750 – $1,500)
  • $20,001 – $30,000 contract = 10% commission ($2,000 – $3,000)
  • $30,001 – $50,000 contract = 15% commission ($4,500 – $7,500)
  • $50,000+ = 20% commission ($10,000+)

Large Commercial/Multi-Family/Land Development: 10% commission

Note: You will be given leads every month to follow up on. Any projects you bring in using your own outreach, will add an extra 5% to your compensation.

Design

CAD Designer (Entry Level)

Online/Remote | Contract | $31.2k – $37.4k

Utilizes computer-aided design (CAD) software and other techniques, standards, and tools to prepare technical drawings. Prepares computer-aided design (CAD) drafts, drawings, and schematics derived from a variety of specifications, layouts, blueprints, and sketches. Maintains deadlines, goals, and production standards set by the department. Coordinates and consults with engineers or designers to complete projects. Additionally, transforms initial rough product designs into working documents using CAD software. Collaborates with design originators to resolve discrepancies between original drawings and final CAD designs. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.

CAD Designer (Junior Level)

Online/Remote | Contract | $41.6k – $52k

Utilizes computer-aided design (CAD) software and other techniques, standards, and tools to prepare technical drawings. Prepares computer-aided design (CAD) drafts, drawings, and schematics derived from a variety of specifications, layouts, blueprints, and sketches. Maintains deadlines, goals, and production standards set by the department. Coordinates and consults with engineers or designers to complete projects. Additionally, transforms initial rough product designs into working documents using CAD software. Collaborates with design originators to resolve discrepancies between original drawings and final CAD designs. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.

CAD Designer (Senior Level)

Online/Remote | Contract | $52k – $62.4k

Utilizes computer-aided design (CAD) software and other techniques, standards, and tools to prepare technical drawings. Prepares computer-aided design (CAD) drafts, drawings, and schematics derived from a variety of specifications, layouts, blueprints, and sketches. Maintains deadlines, goals, and production standards set by the department. Coordinates and consults with engineers or designers to complete projects. Additionally, transforms initial rough product designs into working documents using CAD software. Collaborates with design originators to resolve discrepancies between original drawings and final CAD designs. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to a manager. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.

Project Manager

Online/Remote | Contract | $62.4k – $83.2k

Directs day-to-day project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives. Manages governance of projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle. Uses comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets. Monitors all project milestones, changes, and technical status reports. Additionally, manages strategic client and contractor relationships and establishes clear lines of communication. Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions. Analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
