What type of warranty do you provide?

All drawings provided are warrantied up to one year from the date of completion. Most contracts will have a designer on hand throughout the construction process (called Construction Administration) in the event of changes in the field or questions from contractors or city building officials.

What primary services do you offer?

We provide building design, interior design, project management, permitting, and consulting services for residential and commercial projects.

What do you specialize in?

We excel at residential design, though we help on the odd commercial project as well. We’re fond of the Texas Tuscan style, which is a blend of styles from Old World Europe with modern design and a little Texas flair. Originally based on the architectural traditional in the region of Tuscany, Italy, this style of home includes earthy building materials and clean, simple lines to achieve a rustic, yet refined appeal.

What are the rates of your services?
